“ Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are STUNNING. the cocktails are some of the best I've ever had. Such a lovely menu with lots of meat/seafood/veg options. Loved the heirloom tomato salad, the ragu pasta, the fish,and the desserts omg.... speechless. Must try restaurant!!! ”
“ Went here on the recommendation from a friend who has family Thornbury. Was not disappointed. We arrived and were seated quickly. Peter our server was fantastic and was a great conversationalist. First great impression was he had the specials memorized with all the details. I didn’t order any of them but kudos to him for the performance. My wife and I had split the Burrata cheese, and we both shared the Gnocchi and Pizza. The food was great. We didn’t leave a crumb. Albeit, it is a touch pricier than your average place, but you can tell it was not prepackaged good and the ingredients were well thought out to make sure the flavour profile was on point. You don’t get that at a Kelsey’s; so kudos to the chef. All in all, was a great night. Enjoyed several of their specialized cocktails to our enjoyment. Will go back again. ”
“ I don’t even know where to begin Fabbrica has to be one of the best restaurants I have eaten at since moving up to the area my father is a very picky eater and highly recommended coming here not only is the food absolutely delicious the service and atmosphere are top notch my drinks were always full and my table was always clean with fresh cutlery, A very welcoming environment with very classy employees and customers. ”
“ Excellent experience at Fabbrica last night. Our server, Jan, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive. The oysters were fresh and delicious. The pizza had a selection of fresh gourmet toppings on a very flavourful crust. The Bucatini Bolognese was fantastic, layers of flavours in the sauce. For dessert we had a chocolate peanut butter semifreddo that was amazing. Great work, can't wait to come back! Sorry pics aren't great, it was dark but romantic lighting! ”
“ Visited Fabbrica with my partner this weekend and we could not of enjoyed our experience more! Peter took great care of us, was personable, and made fantastic recommendations. From the cocktails, wine, apps, mains to deserts, everything was amazing. I have Celiac Disease, and they took my allergy seriously and made me feel confident and comfortable. The short rib pasta, even with Gluten-Free noodles, was our favourite by far. We still can't stop talking about how good it was, and could only imagine how great it would be with regular noodles ”

“ A friend put me on to Fabbrica a couple of months ago. We have been here for dinner twice since. It happened to be a Sunday evening both times. Each time we were immediately greeted by Brandon and Jan. Brandon served us the first time and Jan the second. The level of service offered by these two gentlemen is nothing short of remarkable. Not a thing was missed. Their knowledge and explanation of the menu, offerings and their friendly, humorous and approachable demeanor are unmatched. The kitchen staff at Fabbrica are truly working wonders, combining old faithful flavour and style reminiscent of Nonna's house, with a new and fresh twist. I'm grateful that this restaurant is over an hour away from where I live, otherwise I would be here far too regularly. Looking forward to coming back ASAP. ”
“ Loved this restaurant. I had the chicken parmesan and my husband had the trout. Both were excellent. The house Chianti was delicious. We also shared the asparagus salad, which was plenty for 2 and very tasty. ”
